Ergonomic Bridge Cranes & Monorails

Gorbel's Ergonomic Overhead Cranes give you the handling equipment that you need to get the job done.

Gorbel's line of Bridge Crane products guarantees increased productivity with their ability to span up to 30 feet and lift capacities from 150 - 4000 lbs. Available in Free Standing, Ceiling Mounted, and Monorail styles. Seismic Zone IV applications also available.

Gorbel's line of Jib Cranes include Enclosed Track Work Station Jibs, Articulating Jibs and I-Beam Cranes. 

Enclosed Track Work Station Jibs are ideal for supporting tool balancers, air balancers, hoists, and welding wire and can handle up to 200o rotation when wall or column mounted and up to 360o rotation when floor mounted. Available in Free Standing, Wall Cantilever, and Aluminum Tie Rod styles. 

Articulating Jibs can position loads in places that cannot be reached with traditional jibs. They can move loads around corners, reach into machines or doorways, and swing under obstructions. Available in Free Standing, Ceiling Mounted, and Wall/Column Mounted styles.

I-Beam Cranes are versatile enough to perform a wide variety of local handling and spotting functions, and economical enough to be dedicated to individual work stations for maximum effectiveness. Available in Free Standing, Wall Cantilever, Wall Bracket, Mast Type, and Motorized styles.

Gorbel's Gantry Cranes provide an economical way to lift materials anywhere in a facility. The heavy-duty end frame design with square tubing uprights, knee braces and channel base provide stable lifting and movement. Gantry Cranes come in Fixed Height Steel and Adjustable Steel.

The Gorbel G-Force™ and Gorbel Easy Arm™ are part of a new family of Material Handling equipment known as Intelligent Assist Devices (IAD's).

The G-Force™ Intelligent Lifting Device uses patented technology and an industrial processor-controlled drive system to deliver unmatched lifting precision and speed.

The Easy Arm™ Intelligent Lfiting Arm uses Gorbel's patented G-Force ™ technology and an industrial processor-controlled drive system, integrated them into an ergonomic articulating jib design. 

How G-Force Works

The G-Force enables operators to lift and maneuver naturally, as if the device were an extension of their own arm. The G-ForceTM will help improve productivity, reduce the cost of product damage, and minimize work related injuries. 

The G-ForceTM is available in two series: the BXi series and the streamlined BX Series (lower cost alternative). Both series are available in 150# and 300# capacities. The G-Force is also available integrated with our Easy Arm articulating jib crane.
